How to Upload Photos & Videos:

• Connect the frame to your computer using the included Type-C cable and ensure the cable is fully inserted so the device mounts as a drive.
• Copy image files (JPG) into the PIC folder and video files into the VIDEO folder.
• Use horizontal (16:9) files for horizontal-display models and vertical (9:16) files for vertical-display models. 1:1 formats are not supported.
• Recommended video file size: up to ~800 MB for reliable upload and loop playback.

Notes: When connecting via Type-C, press the connector firmly to ensure the computer detects the device. If the computer only shows charging, re-seat the cable. Adapter may not be included with some packages.
