Celebrate the 250th Anniversary of American Independence on July 4th, 2026 with our limited edition Commemorative Betsy Ross Flag! We use the latest in digital printing technology to deliver the highest color quality and accuracy. Ensuring your flag will last is our top priority, so we manufacture our flags with the best materials. We embroider our star fields in house to produce bright white, evenly spaced stars for your flag. Next, we carefully assemble each flag using a full 1/4” deep horizontal seam (the deeper the seam, the stronger the flag) and secure each seam with our proprietary stitching specially designed to resist tearing by flexing with the movement of the flag. Fly hems are finished with 4 rows of lock stitching, back tacked and reinforced with 102-stitch X-boxes to resist fraying. The bold red, white and blue inspires a sense of pride and honor. Flags are completed by hemming with T60 thread, the strongest in the industry that can withstand 60 pounds of force. Our flags are FMAA certified 100% Made in USA from 100% U.S. sourced materials and labor. - Commercial grade 200-denier nylon engineered for daily use.
- Industrial T60 Thread: flags are sewn with color matched, industrial T60 thread which is able to withstand 60 pounds of force.
- Long Life Seams: deep ¼” horizontal seams are secured with proprietary stitching to resist tearing.
- Secure Edge Hems: all edge hems are secured with lock stitching to reduce fraying.
- Reinforced Fly Ends: fly ends are secured with 4 rows of lock stitching, back-tacked and finished with our proprietary 102-stitch X-Box at top and bottom.
- Embroidered Stars: stars are embroidered with no-gap stitching.
- Hoist Heading: made with super strong, bright white, 9- ounce Poly Sateen and 2 brass grommets.
